
Nezabravka Stoeva graduated from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 1985 in the city of Sofia.
She has many years of professional experience as a lawyer, notary and judge. Dr. Stoeva is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and History at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski” (1998 - present). She has more than 30 years of legal experience.
From 2004 to 2007 she was a member of the Bar Council at the Bar Association in Blagoevgrad. In the period 1995 – 2003 she was a municipal councillor in the municipal council – Blagoevgrad.
In the period from 2008 to 2012 she was an inspector in the Inspectorate at the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC). In 2012, Nezabravka Stoeva was elected a member of the SJC from the parliamentary quota, and after the amendments to the Constitution at the end of 2015, she became part of the Prosecutorial College (2012-2017).
After the end of the mandate of the previous SJC, Dr. Nezabravka Stoeva applied for the position of Director of the Directorate “Primary and Introductory Training” at the National Institute of Justice, where she currently works.
